Dinner

Dinner is arguable the most important meal to be balanced. Dinner shouldn’t concentrate on carbs and fuel for the day, but rather a nutritious meal to cap off your day. I know you have probably already heard that you shouldn’t have a large meal at the end of your day…and that is completely correct. It is never good for you to have a large, high carb meal just before you hit the hay. At the same time, you don’t want to be slaving over a stove when you get home from your long day at work. SO, these meals aim to be nutritious and FAST. Most of them are around 15 minutes to make up. You can wait that long 🙂 A few will be a bit longer, because every once in a while it’s fun to get creative and pull a few unexpected master pieces out of the oven!
