Today was one of those days…so quick and easy dinner it was. I took some left over grilled chicken form the fridge and chopped it up into smaller, bite sized pieces and threw it together to make this little delight. 🙂
It took less than five minutes if you can believe that…So no excuses! Eat Healthy!
1 Flatbread/ Wrap 1/2 Grilled Chicken Breast
2 Large Basil Leaves Chopped 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
Red Pepper Spice to Taste 1/4 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes in OIl
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Add Grilled Chicken, basil leaves, mozzarella cheese, sun dried tomatoes (drain from oil) and red pepper on top of your flat bread.
2. Heat up a griddle to medium heat and heat up your flat bread. Be careful to not burn it!
3. When the cheese has melted, IT IS DONE! Take it off the griddle and top with some salt and pepper. Enjoy!
It is as easy as that! I just threw on the TV and watched some reruns of America’s Next Top Model, because I’m in love with that show…and chowed down on some pizza.
I had found this flatbread at Publix and it is really thin. It is only 90 calories and they have a ton of different flavors for them. This one was an Italian seasoned flat bread, but there are also sun tomatoes, whole wheat, multigrain and a whole bunch of others. The selling point on these is the fact that they are only 90 calories! I have used them for wraps as well and they are delicious.
